Client reports uses the customer file for extracting report data.

Client List
Call Report
Call Report (One per page)
Catalog Report

 

 

Output:

If Email or File is selected then the format option is enabled. You will be asked to enter the file name where the file is saved.

 

Format:

Select the format of the file or email attachment.

 

Region:

Enter the region or press the drop down to select from popup. If the region is left blank then all regions will be included in the report

 

Include Followup Details:

Tick this box to include follow details as per customer file

 

Sort By:

 

 

Customer:

Enter the customer number or enter the customer name. Only enter a customer number if only this customer is required for the report.

 

Catalog:

Select a catalogue for the catalogue report.

 

 

Status:

The default is All , Open or Closed customers.

 

Industry:

Enter the Industry type or press the drop down to select from popup. If the region is left blank then all Industries will be included in the report

 

Choose Salesman:

Double click on Slsmn No to select the salesmen from the popup. You can select more than one salesman.
