Statements

Previous pageReturn to chapter overviewNext page

The statement report has to be run prior to Debtors month end to report on the correct aging (Current, 30days, 60days 5 90 days). Statements are printed for a division and will include all department invoices within each division.

After entering the details below press the "Run Report" button to activate the report.

During the report each debtor is reconciled to match the entries on the statement and the account balance in the debtors master file and the account balance in the debtors details file as well as matching the total statement balance with that in the debtors account in the general ledger. Therefore post batches in the general ledger before running statements. It is usual to print an Aged Trial Balance before printing statements.
