GL Account change:
Use this function with caution and only when absolutely necessary. Changing a GL account number is a lengthy procedure and will change the chart of account no from an existing number to a new number. All transaction files need to be changed that contain the old GL no.
All users must be logged out before starting the account change.
Go to Disable Group to proceed.
The new general ledger number must comply the the account rules.
